If you would like copies of any minutes that have not yet been posted please call the Town Clerks at 406-297-2123 and they can make sure you get a copy.
Note, only officially approved minutes will be posted. This means that the minutes will always be one month behind as the Council has to approve the prior months’ minutes before we are allowed to post publicly. Unofficial draft minutes are available prior to the council meetings upon request.

April 6, 2026
On April 1st Kellen White, Chair, submitted his formal resignation by text to the group. Phronsie Raines would now be the Chair. On April 2nd, Melody Carvey submitted her formal resignation. On April 6th Katy Morgan submitted her formal resignation. At the regularly scheduled Monday April 6th meeting Katy and Melody were in attendance to formally present resignations to the group. Unfortunately the Acting Chair did not attend so we were unable to complete the formal process.
