The Town of Eureka Council is seeking to appoint an individual interested in serving a 3 year term as a member on the recently reorganized City-County Board of Health for Lincoln County, MT. This Board exercises general supervision over the Lincoln County Health Dept. in addition to the specific functions, powers and duties of local boards of health set forth in Montana Annotated Code (Title 50, chapter 2, M.C.A.)
The Board will host up to 10 regular meetings per year, open to public attendance. The Town is seeking individuals with an equivalent of 10 years post-secondary education and experience in preventative health, health care, environmental science/engineering, veterinary science or related field.
